A journey of home brewing.

95% of all my information, recipes, tips, troubleshooting and general knowledge comes from HOME BREW TALK

This site is cataloging all my home brewing adventures from when I first started on Memorial Day 2011. While I’m trying to get all the brews up, I know there’s a few pages that I didn’t save in my archives. I’m missing things from the early days in 2011 including: a dunkleweizen , a vanilla bourbon porter, a BB imperial blonde, a nut brown that became over diluted, and maybe 1 or 2 others. Also, I had to dump out a Saison that my cooling water overflowed into and a Kolsch flavored with orange peel because it became oxidized when my siphon clogged and I poured it into the bottling bucket. There’s been many mistakes along the way, but I think I’ve learned good lessons and did my best to not repeat them.
